The prices include chinaware, dinnerware, flatware, champagne and water goblets, kitchen rental, rental equipment, standard 8 qt chafing dishes, break down and setup for BUFFET,and waitstaff. There is a 400.00 up charge if you would like to upgrade to the rollback chafing dishes. For any additional sides, there is an additional of 3.00 per person. You do have the option of adding additional appetizers for 3.00 per person. You can also swap out one appetizer complimentary for another at no cost in any package except for the Platinum.
